This warranty is void if your Vista Retractable Screen is not installed by a certified installer. If a component is defective in your Vista Screen, please let us know immediately.

For residential installations, this warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the retractable screen. It is not transferable to another party. The retractable screen cannot be altered, modified or moved in any way.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, pets, scratching, airborne or applied corrosive contaminants, tornadoes, hurricanes, acts of God or other causes beyond the control of the manufacturer and/or Vista Retractable Screens.

Vista provides a limited lifetime warranty on all components, excluding the screen mesh. Defective components that impair the normal and proper function of the retractable screen will be replaced free of charge for up to 1 year from the original date of installation. After 1 year, a service installation charge will apply.
